Sports stars Steph Curry and Colin Kaepernick have both expressed interest in buying the Panthers with Puffy.

Combs also noted that if he owned the team, he'd like to hire former San Francisco second-string quarterback Colin Kaepernick as his new QB.

All the talk is because Jerry Richardson, following allegations of misconduct, announced he will be selling the Carolina Panthers. The NFL took over that investigation on Sunday, and hours later Richardson said he would put the team up for sale, without saying why or admitting any wrongdoing.

Rivera said he hopes the team stays in Charlotte under any new owner, where it has been since its creation in 1995. The hitmaker has publicly flexed his support in seeing Puff Daddy as the NFL's first black owner.

U.S. wields United Nations veto over status of Jerusalem
The vote has underlined once again the widespread worldwide opposition to the US move, even among some of its closest allies. Abu Rudeina stressed that this veto would lead to further isolation of the US and is a provocation of the global community.

Golden State Warrior Stephen Curry added that he wanted a stake in the deal as well. Gauging how much the franchise would fetch is hard, given professional football is still far and away the best-rated American sport, but has seen decreased ratings and increased polarization due to people like Kaepernick, who knelt for the national anthem to protest police brutality and racism in the U.S. The last NFL team to change hands was the Buffalo Bills, who were sold for $1.4 billion in 2014.

Kaepernick, who started a movement when he knelt during the National Anthem to protect racial injustice, is unsigned. We will not begin the sale process, nor will we entertain any inquiries, until the very last game is played. Let's see if this happens!

First of all, it might not be entirely possible to take over an National Football League team by hitting a certain number of retweets. A sports franchise is not the same thing as chicken nuggets.

Panthers spokesman Steven Drummond said Sunday the team requested the league take over the investigation. Kaepernick jumping into an ownership group, however, would be an extraordinary turn of events. The Panthers are now valued at $2.3 billion, according to Forbes.
