  • Tyrod Taylor carted off, Nathan Peterman in at QB

Even though he was carted off the field in the fourth quarter against the New England Patriots, Buffalo Bills starting quarterback Tyrod Taylor has escaped a major injury with just four games left in his season. He was ineffective prior to the early exit, completing only nine of 18 passes for 65 yards, with no touchdowns and one interception.

Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor is considered day-to-day with a bruised patellar tendon in his knee, coach Sean McDermott said Monday. With Taylor scheduled for further testing on his knee, Peterman could get the starting nod for a Week 14 home game against the Colts.

Taylor would be replaced with Nathan Peterman at quarterback.

Listen above as 98.5 The Sports Hub's Zolak & Bertrand go over why the Bills were stupid in their loss to the Patriots on Sunday. The results were predictable for a fifth-round pick who was unspectacular in college, as the Pittsburgh product threw five interceptions in the first half before being relieved by Taylor after intermission.

Some good news on the injury front though, McDermott said things look good for Kelvin Benjamin to practice this week as well as Mike Tolbert and Nick O'Leary.
