  • LA County prosecutors'reviewing sex crimes case against Kevin Spacey

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's business office has started an overview of a sexual attack accusation contrary to Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey, a spokesman for the prosecutor's claimed on Wednesday.

The county sheriff's department presented results of its investigation of the matter to the district attorney last week, five months after Spacey was sacked from the Netflix television drama House of Cards over sexual misconduct accusations. "I want to see Kevin Spacey have the hand of justice come down on him, not just for my son, but for the many others who have yet to speak their truth", she said.

Kevin Spacey is under investigation by Los Angeles County prosecutors.

In an interview with BuzzFeed News, Rapp that Spacey made a sexual advance on him in 1986, when Rapp was 14 years old and Spacey was 26.

"A case has been offered April 5 by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department", district attorney spokesman Greg Risling said in a e mail to Reuters.

Spacey's publicist said in a statement last November that the actor was "taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment".

Guardiola: Man City must be "almost perfect" to advance
Liverpool "can beat anyone", says John Arne Riise, with Jurgen Klopp's side capable of winning the Champions League in 2018. But we can't make a big deal of this and forget all the great things we have done until now.

That accusation was brought to police December 13 by a man who claims the Oscar-winning star sexually assaulted him in Westminster in 2005.

Spacey later apologized for any inappropriate conduct while denying any specific memory of the behavior in question.

"Star Trek: Discovery" actor Anthony Rapp was the first person to come out with allegations against Spacey in October 2017.

Spacey's spokeswoman declined comment Wednesday. Spacey won a Golden Globe for best actor in a TV series for his role in the Netflix original in 2015.

Following the accusations, Spacey was sacked from his hit Netflix show House of Cards and his scenes refilmed with another actor in Ridley Scott's film All the Money in the World.
