Now according to some reports, OnePlus 6 launch date will be 5th May. Thanks to a very active rumours and leaks community, we have been receiving information regarding the upcoming flagship phone from the Chinese manufacturer at least once or twice a week. It's called chin and OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei had eralier confirmed that there was nearly no way for Android phone makers to get rid of the chin the way Apple had done with the iPhone X.

Inside, the company has already confirmed that the OnePlus 6 will house a Snapdragon 845 and up to 8 GB RAM. From the images, it also seems like the OnePlus 6 will have a glass back. The latest renders reveal that the phone will come in three color variants - Black, Blue and White.

In the freshly leaked images, the OnePlus 6 is seen sporting an edge-to-edge display along with the notch. For instance, Evan Blass or @evleaks leaked a picture of the bottom part of the OnePlus 6. Given how close is the OnePlus 6 launch date, there are now more definite leaks coming about the phone, with its photos turning up online on Sunday. Apart from revealing the new colour options, the leaked renders also detailed a few features that the upcoming handset may come with. The two have previously collaborated for the launch of a special edition Star Wars: The Last Jedi OnePlus 5T, only available in India, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. And on the battery front, the OnePlus 6 one-ups the OnePlus 5T, as it comes with a 3450mAh cell (the 5T's battery had a capacity of 3300mAh). The notch has the notification light, proximity sensor, earpiece and front camera in that order from left to right.

As per a CNMO report, renders of the OnePlus 6 showcasing the three new colour models of the handset has been posted on microblogging site Weibo.

The details about hiding the notch were confirmed by none other than the OnePlus CEO himself. But, we can expect the phone to launch around late April or sometime around May. A global release would mean the OnePlus 6 would soon hit the Indian market as well.
