It noted that the chemical was of "high purity" with an "almost complete absence" of any impurities.

The watchdog made no assessment of who was to blame for the March 4 attack, which also affected Sergei Skripal's daughter Yulia and a local policeman.

Testing by OPCW laboratories, the details of which were kept confidential, also found the substance used in Salisbury to be of "a high purity", which supports the British government's assertion that a state was involved.

Russian Federation said it would consider any secret resettlement of the Skripals as an abduction of its citizens.

"The results of analysis by OPCW-designated laboratories of environmental and biomedical samples confirm the findings of the United Kingdom relating to the identity of the toxic chemical that was used in Salisbury and severely injured three people", the summary said.

But British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson said, "There can be no doubt what was used and there remains no alternative explanation about who was responsible".

"We have called a session of the OPCW Executive Council next Wednesday to discuss next steps".

"We must, as a world community, stand up for the rules based order which keeps us all safe".

"There can be no doubt what was used and there remains no alternative explanation about who was responsible - only Russian Federation has the means, motive and record", said British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson.

In the wake of the Skripal incident, the UK, as well as a number of European Union member countries, the United States, Canada and Australia, expelled more than 100 Russian diplomats, forcing Moscow to respond in kind.

Korean, Japanese FMs vow cooperation on N. Korea
Forty-six South Korean sailors were killed when Cheonan was sunken eight years ago. North Korea acknowledged in 2002 that it had abducted 13 Japanese.

Western leaders said they agreed with Britain's assessment that it was highly likely Russian Federation was responsible for the attack.

Despite the denials from Moscow, Britain has received strong diplomatic backing from western allies for its stance, with more than 20 countries expelling in excess of 150 Russian diplomats in protest at the Russian actions.

The girl of educated former spy Sergei Skripal said Wednesday she does not want aid from the Russian Embassy because she moves from the neural agent attack that left her along with her father in vital condition and created the worldwide furor.

It is believed that British authorities immediately spirited Ms Skripal away to a secure location when she was discharged from hospital earlier this week. "At the moment, I don't wish to avail myself of these solutions, however should I modify my own mind I know just how to contact them".

A Russian government official says it's impossible to determine the source of a nerve agent used to poison a Russian ex-spy in Britain.

Viktoria had been quoted widely in the Russian media following a phone conversation she claimed to have had with Yulia from hospital last week.

"The document only strengthens suspicions that we are dealing with a forcible isolation of the Russian citizen".

"With no possibility to verify it, the publication by the Metropolitan Police raises new questions rather than gives answers".

Blanshard, a doctor with 25 years experience, said nerve agents work by attaching themselves to particular enzymes in the body that then stop the nerves from functioning.
