A weather bulletin issued by the Met Centre here said heavy rainfall (7- 11cm in 24 hours) was most likely to occur at one or two places in the State till Sunday morning. More off-and-on rain on Saturday could bring rain totals up to near 2 inches in some areas by Sunday morning.

The farther west you are on Long Island, the better weather you'll see Saturday.
